In daily chart NIFTY has broken it's prior supply zone 5340-5378 but unable to take a move towards the next supply level. On weekly chart till it is in a strong up trend but in daily chart, price making Higher high (See the picture 10th July and 17th August tops) but RSI for the same period interval unable to make Higher high. That means a Negative Divergence is formed. But in the chart RSI yet to be cross the red line to confirm a reversal in the price movement. And therefore, I, personally believe to watch NIFTY carefully before go for a short. Once the RSI confirmed the crossover with the red line I suppose to go short. Now I am carefully tracking it. So lets hope for a 1-2 -3 side ways movement for NIFTY to go short for a big target with minimum risk. Happy Watching
